摘  要:以电吸附技术为基础,构建了以复合无定形碳为电极的电吸附浓缩分盐系统,以某电厂脱硫废水为研究对象,探究中试规模下(4m^(3)/h)电吸附浓缩分盐系统在燃煤电厂脱硫废水浓缩减量化中的处理性能和运行成本,研究了工作电压和进水流量对脱硫废水浓缩分盐效果的影响,评估了系统间断运行和连续运行两种模式下的稳定性和经济性。研究结果表明:电吸附浓缩分盐系统的脱硫废水浓缩减量效果显著,产水率>80%,Cl^(-)在浓水中富集,平均去除率达到91%,SO_(4)^(2-)被截留后随产水回用,实现了优秀的分盐效果;对Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)的良好去除表明,系统无需预处理软化工艺也可以正常运行。系统在工作电压为2.4V时运行效果最佳,进水流量则根据实际运行有所不同。相较于间断运行,连续运行具有更高的稳定性和经济性,处理每吨水耗电19.44kW·h/m^(3),总运行成本7.835元/m^(3),运行维护成本低于同类其他工艺。This study based on the electrosorption technology and constructed the electrosorption concentration and salt-separation system with composite amorphous carbon as the electrode.Taking desulfurization wastewater from a certain power plant as the research object,the treatment performance and operating cost of the electrosorption concentration and salt-separation system at a pilot scale(4 m^(3)/h)in the concentration and reduction of desulfurization wastewater from coalfired power plants were explored.The effects of working voltage and inlet flow rate on the concentration and salt-separation effect of desulfurization wastewater were studied,and the stability and economy of the system under two modes of intermittent and continuous operation were evaluated.The research results showed that the desulfurization wastewater concentration and reduction effect of the electrosorption concentration and salt-separation system was significant,with a water production rate of over 80%.Cl^(-)was enriched in concentrated water,with an average removal rate of 91%.SO_(4)^(2-)was intercepted and reused with the production water,achieving excellent salt-separation effect.The good removal of Ca^(2+)and Mg^(2+)indicated that the system could operate normally without the need for pre-treatment and softening processes.Compared to intermittent operation,continuous operation had higher stability and economy,with a power consumption of 19.44 kW·h per m^(3)of water and an total operating cost of 7.835 yuan,the operation and maintenance cost was lower than other similar processes.
