摘 要:对某大型能源集团140台超(超)临界机组给水加氧进行调研,其中采用给水加氧处理的机组47台,未加氧机组93台。通过分析对比机组省煤器和水冷壁平均结垢速率、给水Fe平均含量、精处理再生周期、化学清洗周期、最近3年发生高加泄漏和疏水门堵塞次数、氧化皮生长情况。最终得出超(超)临界机组给水加氧处理,在减缓受热面结垢速率、抑制锅炉压差上升、延长锅炉化学清洗周期、延长凝结水精处理运行周期等方面表现出非常突出的优越性,同时未发现加氧对过、再热器氧化皮的生长和剥落有明显促进作用。In this paper,140(ultra)supercritical units of a large energy group were investigated,including 47 units with feed water oxygenation treatment and 93 units without oxygenation.By analyzing and comparing the average scaling rate of the economizer and water wall of the unit,the average content of Fe in the feed water,the regeneration cycle of the fine treatment,the chemical cleaning cycle,the number of high pressure heater leakages and drain gate blockages in the past three years,and the growth of the oxide skin.Finally,it is concluded that the feed water oxygenated treatment of the(ultra)supercritical unit has very prominent advantages in slowing down the scaling rate of the heating surface,inhibiting the rise of the boiler pressure difference,prolonging the chemical cleaning cycle of the boiler,and prolonging the operation cycle of the condensate polishing treatment.At the same time,it is not found that the oxygenated treatment has a significant effect on the growth and peeling of the oxide scale of the superheater and reheater.
