民用建筑空调循环冷却水系统设计问题分析与对策

摘　　要：针对民用建筑空调循环冷却水系统在设计中冷却水功效不足、循环冷却水泵的设置位置、噪声控制、冷却塔的漂水、水雾、溢水、结冰和防火等常出现的问题,从系统的选择、系统流量的确定、冷却塔的设计、系统的水处理、系统的管材与安装、租户冷却水系统方面进行了分析。冷却效果是设计中主要问题,涉及到冷却水系统的形式、系统冷却水量的确定和冷却塔的选择。提出了处理循环冷却水系统设计问题的相关对策。并结合设计经验,给出了典型的空调循环冷却水系统、循环冷却水量的估算方法等技术措施。Aiming at the common problems in the design of circulating cooling water system of civil building air conditioning,such as insufficient cooling water efficiency,setting position of circulating cooling water pump,noise control,drift water,water mist,overflow,icing,fire prevention and so on.The paper is analyzed from these aspects of the choice of system,determination of system flow,the design of the cooling tower,water treatment of the system,piping and installation of the system,the tenant cooling water system.The main problem in the design is the cooling effect,which involves the form of cooling water system,the determination of cooling water flow and the selection of cooling tower.This paper puts forward some countermeasures to deal with the design problems of circulating cooling water system.At the same time,combined with design experience,the paper gives a typical circulating cooling water system of air conditioning,the estimation method of circulating cooling water flow and other technical measures.
