摘 要:由于供水管网中节点处溶质存在不完全混合现象,建立精确节点混合模型对于提高水质模拟准确性至关重要。通过CFD数值模拟,确定影响十字、双T和H节点处影响溶质混合程度关键因素。结果表明,入口和出口雷诺数比对3种节点混合程度都有显著影响,而对于双T节点而言,两三通间距更为关键。基于响应曲面法开发节点处溶质不完全混合模型,并将该模型嵌入EPANET软件中,实现对完全混合模型改进。通过现实管网试验验证改进EPANET软件必要性。Due to the incomplete mixing of solutes at junctions in water supply networks,accurate junction mixing modelling is essential to improve water quality simulation accuracy.In this study,Computational fluid dynamics(CFD)numerical simulation was used to determine the key factors affecting the degree of solute mixing at the cross,double-T and H junctions.The results show that the inlet and outlet Reynolds number ratios have a significant effect on the degree of mixing at all three types of junctions,while the two tee spacing is more critical for the double-T junctions.The incomplete solute mixing model at the junctions is developed based on the Response surface method(RSM),and the model is embedded in EPANET software to achieve the improvement of the complete mixing model.The necessity of improved EPANET software is verified by real water supply network tests.
