摘  要:肠黏膜内的免疫细胞大量表达RORγt,这些细胞与肠道微生物群之间的相互作用对于多方面肠道健康至关重要,包括诱导免疫细胞分化、预防病原微生物的侵袭、维护肠道黏膜的屏障功能。作为一种核激素受体,RORγt在诱导T细胞和淋巴细胞的发育方面发挥着关键作用,能够引发肠道黏膜的免疫耐受性和炎症反应。然而,RORγt在肠道内免疫调节中的确切作用机制尚不完全清楚。该文综述了关于RORγt参与肠道炎症的作用机制和调节肠道稳态相关的研究进展,旨在深入理解肠黏膜与肠道菌群的相互作用,为基于RORγt的免疫治疗策略提供参考。The immune cells in the intestinal mucosa were found to express RORγt(retinoid-related orphan receptor gamma t)abundantly,and their interaction with the intestinal microbiota was deemed crucial for various aspects of intestinal health,including the induction of immune cell differentiation,prevention of pathogenic microbial invasion,and maintenance of intestinal mucosal barrier function.As a nuclear hormone receptor,RORγt played a key role in inducing the development of T cells and lymphocytes,triggering immune tolerance and inflammatory responses in the intestinal mucosa.However,the exact mechanisms of RORγt in immune regulation within the intestine remained unclear.This paper reviewed the research progress on the mechanisms of RORγt involvement in intestinal inflammation and regulation of intestinal homeostasis,aiming to deepen the understanding of the interaction between the intestinal mucosa and the gut microbiota and provide references for immune therapy strategies based on RORγt.
