摘 要:颅内动脉瘤在人群中发病率高,且破裂后有极高致残、致死风险,使得动脉瘤的检出、破裂风险预测、治疗及预后评估等成为医师在动脉瘤诊疗过程中关注的重点,机器学习技术作为一门新兴的交叉学科,能很大程度上在诊疗和患者管理中辅助临床医师。本文围绕机器学习在预测颅内动脉瘤发生发展、诊断和治疗以及预后方面的应用,介绍了目前常用的7种机器学习算法的基本思想及其在颅内动脉瘤中的应用情况,综述了相关的最新进展,以期为该领域研究者应用相关方法提供参考。Intracranial aneurysm has a high incidence in the population and a high risk of disability and death after rupture,which makes the detection,prediction of rupture risk,treatment,and prognosis assessment of aneurysms the key concerns of physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of aneurysms.Machine learning technology,as an emerging interdisciplinary discipline,can be used to assist clinicians in diagnosis and treatment,and patient management to a large extent.Focusing on the application of machine learning in predicting the occurrence,development,the diagnosis and treatment,and prognosis of intracranial aneurysms,this paper introduces the basic ideas of 7 machine learning algorithms and their applications in intracranial aneurysms,aiming to provide references for researchers in this field.
