摘　　要：目的 探讨3M液体敷料在呼吸内科鼻导管氧疗婴幼儿医用黏胶相关性皮肤损伤(MARSI)预防中的应用价值。方法 选取2020年9月—2022年1月于温州医科大学附属第二医院诊治的140例行鼻导管氧疗患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各70例。其中观察组予以3M液体敷料+水胶体敷料+3M胶布行改良鼻导管固定。对照组予以水胶体敷料+3M胶布行鼻导管固定。比较两组患儿MARSI发生率、瘙痒评分、舒适度、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)及家属满意度。结果 观察组MARSI总发生率4.29%显著低于对照组17.14%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.048,P<0.05)。观察组瘙痒评分、舒适度分别为(0.85±0.27)分、(1.07±0.24)分,对照组分别为(1.68±0.58)分、(1.46±0.39)分,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(t=10.854、7.125,均P<0.05)。观察组睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间及睡眠效率分别为(1.02±0.14)分、(1.11±0.17)分、(1.23±0.21)分及(1.14±0.20)分,对照组分别为(1.86±0.25)分、(1.79±0.28)分、(1.91±0.30)分及(1.69±0.37)分,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(t=24.528、17.368、15.536及10.941,均P<0.05)。观察组家属满意度94.29%高于对照组82.86%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.516,P<0.05)。结论 3M液体敷料应用于鼻导管氧疗患儿中有利于降低MARSI发生率和减轻瘙痒程度,并进一步提高家属满意度。Objective To investigate the application value of 3M liquid dressing in the prevention of medical muco-associated skin injury(MARSI)in children treated with nasal catheter oxygen therapy in respiratory department.Methods A total of 140 children who underwent nasal catheter oxygen therapy in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University from September 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 70 cases in each group.The observation group was given 3M liquid dressing+hydrocolloid dressing+3M adhesive tape for modified nasal catheter fixation.The control group was fixed with hydrocolloid dressing+3M adhesive tape nasal catheter.The incidence of MARSI,pruritus score,comfort,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of MARSI in the observation group(4.29%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(17.14%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.048,P<0.05).The pruritus score and comfort degree of the observation group were(0.85±0.27)points and(1.07±0.24)points,respectively,and those of the control group were(1.68±0.58)points and(1.46±0.39)points,respectively,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(t=10.854,7.125,all P<0.05).The sleep quality,sleep time,sleep time and sleep efficiency of the observation group were(1.02±0.14)points,(1.11±0.17)points,(1.23±0.21)points and(1.14±0.20)points,respectively,and those of the control group were(1.86±0.25)points,(1.79±0.28)points,(1.91±0.30)points and(1.69±0.37)points,respectively,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(t=24.528,17.368,15.536,10.941,all P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of family members in the observation group was 94.29%higher than that in the control group 82.86%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.516,P<0
