摘  要:目的 旨在探讨维生素B6缺乏与儿童肺炎支原体(MPP)感染发生之间的相关性。方法 选取2021年11月—2023年11月在诸暨市妇幼保健院儿科住院的123例肺炎支原体感染儿童(MPP组)和同时期排除MPP感染的体检的120例健康儿童(非MPP组)为研究对象,测定和比较血清维生素B6及多种炎症和细胞因子水平的差异。此外,将MPP组按严重程度分为重症MPP(sMPP)组和非sMPP组,比较两组维生素B6水平的差异,分析维生素B6缺乏与儿童肺炎支原体感染的相关性。结果 MPP组患儿维生素B6水平(1.02±1.15)ng/ml明显低于非MPP组(4.32±3.12)ng/ml,而C-反应蛋白(CRP)(8.48±1.12)mg/L、降钙素原(PCT)(0.17±0.08)ng/L、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)(16.14±2.69)pg/L、IL-6水平(14.78±2.12)pg/L高于非MPP组[(2.02±0.98)mg/L、(0.06±0.03)ng/L、(1.43±1.96)pg/L、(3.76±1.67)pg/L],且sMPP组患儿维生素B6水平(0.42±0.91)ng/ml低于非sMPP组(1.14±1.02)ng/ml, CRP(8.92±1.46)mg/L、PCT(0.18±0.08)ng/L、TNF-α(18.13±2.14)pg/L、IL-6水平(15.46±2.31)pg/L高于非sMPP组[(5.87±1.27)mg/L、(0.11±0.06)ng/L、(15.78±1.97)pg/L、(10.47±1.86)pg/L],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。MPP严重程度与维生素B6血清水平呈负相关(r=-0.718,P<0.05),与CRP、PCT、TNF-α及IL-6水平呈正相关(r=2.340、1.098、1.176、2.408,均P<0.05)。结论 肺炎支原体感染患儿存在维生素B6水平缺乏,且维生素B6缺乏与肺炎支原体严重程度相关,是儿童肺炎支原体感染的重要因素。Objective The purpose of this study is to explore the correlation between vitamin B6 deficiency and mycoplasma pneumoniae(MPP)infection in children.Methods A total of 123 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection who were hospitalized in the Department of Pediatrics of Zhuji Maternal and Child Health Hospital from November 2021 to November 2023(MPP group)and 120 healthy children who underwent physical examination during the same period(non-MPP group)were selected as the study objects.Measurement and comparison of differences in serum levels of vitamin B6 and various inflammatory and immune factors between two groups.In addition,the MPP group was divided into severe MPP(sMPP)group and non sMPP group according to severity.The difference in vitamin B6 levels between the two groups was compared,and the correlation between vitamin B6 deficiency and Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children was analyzed.Results The level of vitamin B6 in MPP group was(1.02±1.15)ng/ml,which was significantly lower than that in non-MPP group(4.32±3.12)ng/ml,while the level of C-reactive protein(CRP)(8.48±1.12)ng/L,procalcitonin(PCT)was(0.17±0.08)ng/L,tumor necrosis factor-ɑ(TNF-α)was(16.14±2.69)pg/L,and the level of IL-6 was(14.78±2.12)pg/L higher than that in non-MPP group[(2.02±0.98)mg/L,(0.06±0.03)ng/L,(1.43±1.96)pg/L,(3.76±1.67)pg/L].Moreover,the level of vitamin B6 in sMPP group was(0.42±0.91)ng/ml lower than that in non-sMPP group(1.14±1.02)ng/ml,CRP(8.92±1.46)mg/L、PCT(0.18±0.08)ng/L、TNF-α(18.13±2.14)pg/L、IL-6(15.46±2.31)pg/L was higher than that of non-sMPP group[(5.87±1.27)mg/L,(0.11±0.06)ng/L,(15.78±1.97)pg/L,(10.47±1.86)pg/L].The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The severity of MPP was negatively correlated with the serum level of vitamin B6(r=-0.718,P<0.05)and positively correlated with the levels of CRP,PCT,TNF-αand IL-6(r=2.340,1.098,1.176,2.408,P<0.05).Conclusion Children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection have vitamin B6 deficiency,and vitamin B6 deficiency is related t
