摘　　要：数字产业集群作为新的生产组织形式,凭借其所形成的立体式创新生态网络、变革式要素配置方式、多层次高素质人才队伍、绿色化生活生产转型路径、全耦合型产业融合方案等发展优势,成为推动新质生产力加速形成的重要载体和驱动力量。为了进一步释放数字产业集群驱动新质生产力的潜能、效能,需实施系列建设优化措施,包括坚持“先立后破”原则有序推进新质生产力的形成,坚持科技自信自立夯实新质生产力发展根基,构建全域风险防范机制保障新质生产力健康发展,坚持传统、新兴、未来产业并举发展丰富新质生产力发展载体,积极孵化数字产业带拓展新质生产力发展空间。As a new form of production organization, digital industry clusters have become an important carrier and driving force for accelerating the formation of new quality productive forces, thanks to their development advantages such as a comprehensive network for ecological innovation, transformative factor allocation methods, a multi-faceted and high-quality talent pool, pathways for the green transformation of production and lifestyle, and full inter-connected based industrial integration solutions. In order to further unleash the potential and effectiveness of digital industry clusters in driving new quality productive forces, a series of optimization measures need to be implemented. These include adhering to the principle of “establishing the new before breaking the old” to orderly advance the formation of new quality productive forces,reinforcing the foundation for the development of new quality productive forces through technological self-confidence and independence, constructing a comprehensive risk prevention mechanism to ensure the healthy development of new quality productive forces, promoting the simultaneous development of traditional, emerging and future-oriented industries to enrich the carriers of new quality productive forces, and actively incubating digital industry zones to expand the development space for new quality productive forces.
