西方现代化话语霸权的生成机理与破解之道

摘　　要：西方现代化话语贯穿着典型的西方中心主义思维逻辑和霸权主义行为逻辑,它在叙事过程中不仅预设西方现代化发展模式具有绝对普世性、西方现代文明具有绝对优越性,而且将资本主义制度预设为一种终极社会制度。西方现代化话语霸权是国家间物质力量和文化力量激烈博弈、较量的结果。其中,强大的国家硬实力是建构西方现代化话语霸权的经济基础,通过知识生产掌握学术话语权是建构西方现代化话语霸权的重要支撑,借助学术包装进行资本主义价值观念渗透是建构西方现代化话语霸权的惯用手段,运用宣传媒介扩大话语影响是建构西方现代化话语霸权的重要环节。终结西方现代化话语霸权,不仅要清醒地认识到其虚伪性和危害,更需要以中国式现代化的成功实践来证伪西方现代化模式的所谓“普世性”,以构建中国式现代化话语体系来解构和取代西方现代化话语范式。The discourse of Western modernization is deeply rooted in a typical Western-centric thinking logic and hegemonic behavioral logic. In its narrative, it not only assumes that the Western model of modernization has absolute universality and that Western civilization possesses absolute superiority, but also presupposes capitalism as the ultimate social system.The hegemony of Western modernization discourse is the result of an intense competition and struggle between material power and cultural power among nations. In this context, the strong national hard power forms the economic foundation for constructing Western modernization discourse hegemony, while controlling academic discourse through knowledge production is a key support for constructing this hegemony. The infiltration of capitalist values through academic packaging is a common method in building Western modernization discourse hegemony, and using propaganda media to amplify the influence of this discourse is an essential part of its construction. To end the hegemony of Western modernization discourse, we must not only clearly recognize its hypocrisy and harm but also refute the so-called “ universality” of the Western modernization model through the successful practice of Chinese modernization. Additionally, we need to deconstruct and replace the Western modernization discourse paradigm by constructing a discourse system based on Chinese modernization.
