摘　　要：作为习近平经济思想的重要组成部分,新质生产力自提出以来,不仅引发了国内学术界的热议,也受到了国际社会的广泛关注。海外各界围绕新质生产力的生成逻辑、内涵特征、价值意蕴、实践策略进行了探讨,认为中国加快发展新质生产力,是基于马克思主义生产力理论和中国经济高质量发展的需要,旨在以传统生产力为基础实现生产力的质的跃升,形成以全要素生产率提升为标志、以新技术新能源新业态为支撑的创新、绿色、先进生产力,为中国经济发展和全球经济繁荣注入了新的生机与活力。全面研究把握海外关于中国加快发展新质生产力的认知状况和理论图景,有助于拓展对新质生产力的认识视角,深化对新质生产力的本质理解,更有针对性地以新质生产力推动高质量发展。As an important component of Xi Jinping Thought on economy, the concept of new quality productive forces has not only sparked significant discussion within the Chinese academia since its introduction, but also attracted wide attention from the international community. People in various fields outside China have explored the generation logic, intrinsic characteristics, value implications and practical strategies related to new quality productive forces. They argue that China's acceleration in developing new quality productive forces is rooted in the theory of productive forces in Marxism and the requirements for high-quality development of the Chinese economy. The goal is to achieve a qualitative leap in productivity based on traditional forms of productive forces, leading to the formation of innovative, green and advanced productive forces characterized by improvements in total factor productivity and supported by new technologies, new energy and new modes of business. This approach injects new vitality and energy into both China's economic development and global economic prosperity. A comprehensive study of the international perception and corresponding theorization regarding China's acceleration in developing new quality productive forces will help open up new perspectives on this concept, deepen the understanding of the essence of new quality productive forces, and enable more targeted efforts for high-quality development through new quality productive forces.
