摘　　要：放射性损伤是由放疗导致的局部或全身性的不良反应;根据损伤部位不同,可归属中医学“咯血”“咳嗽”“便血”等疾病范畴。吴勉华教授认为,放射性损伤的基本病机为瘀热互结,气阴两伤。临证应当分期论治;主要治法为清热活血祛瘀,同时不忘补气养阴;治疗过程中重视顾护脾胃,并强调外治法的重要性。其用药遵循古义,又在前人的基础上灵活变化,临床收效颇佳。Radiation injury is a local or systemic adverse reaction caused by radiotherapy.According to the different sites of injury,it can be classified into the categories of diseases such as“hemoptysis”,“cough”,and“blood in stool”in traditional Chinese medicine.Professor WU believes that the basic pathogenesis of radiation injury is the combina-tion of blood stasis and heat,and the damage of both Qi and yin.Clinical treatment should be divided into stages;the main treatment method is to clear away heat,activate blood circulation and remove blood stasis,while not forgetting to replenish Qi and nourish Yin;during the treatment process,it is important to protect the spleen and stomach,and em-phasize the importance of external treatment.The use of drugs follows the ancient meaning,and is flexible based on the predecessors,with good clinical results.
