邱根祥从“伏癌”论治恶性肿瘤缓解期经验

摘　　要：邱根祥教授认为,恶性肿瘤缓解期患者虽无明显临床表现与影像学指证,但仍有肿瘤干细胞等癌毒存在,伏于体内而成“伏癌”,待正虚已极或邪势已强而复发转移。邱教授以伏癌理论为指导,结合雷氏医学学术思想,详审病机,辨证论治,以扶正气、透伏癌、调体质、畅情志、治时病五法治伏癌,在改善临床症状、提高生活质量、预防恶性肿瘤复发转移方面效果良好,其经验值得临床推广学习。Professor Qiu Genxiang posits that malignant tumor patients in remission,despite lacking overt clinical manifestations or imaging evidence,still harbor residual carcinogenic factors such as cancer stem cells—termed"latent cancer toxins"—which persist in a dormant state within the body.These latent toxins may trigger relapse and metasta-sis when host immunity becomes severely compromised or the pathogenic forces regain dominance.Guided by the latent cancer toxin theory and integrated with the academic tenets of LEI's Medicine,Professor Qiu systematically addresses the pathogenesis through five therapeutic principles:reinforcing healthy qi,dispersing latent cancer toxins,regulating constitutional predisposition,alleviating emotional stagnation and treating seasonal ailments.This multidimensional approach has demonstrated efficacy in alleviating symptoms,enhancing quality of life,and reducing recurrence rates,offering a clinically valuable paradigm for integrative oncology management.
