胡跃强运用开阖枢理论治疗眩晕

摘　　要：开阖枢是指三阴三阳离合出入的动态变化过程。若六经开阖失常,升降失司,则发为百病。眩晕是以目眩和头晕为主要表现的一类疾病,因其发病人群广、病因复杂、发作易反复,严重影响患者的正常工作及生活。胡跃强教授在临证过程中,结合开阖枢理论,针对土寒不化、阳遏不升引起的眩晕,通过桂枝法开其通路,引阳出阴,宣畅气机;针对少阳不利、木郁生风引起的眩晕,则运用柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤枢转少阳,畅达三焦。Kaiheshu refers to the dynamic change process of the three yin and three yang meridians.If the opening and closing of the six meridians are abnormal,and the ascending and descending are out of order,all kinds of diseases will occur.Vertigo is a type of disease with dizziness and dizziness as the main manifestations.Because of its wide range of incidence,complex etiology,and easy recurrence,it seriously affects the normal work and life of patients.In the process of clinical treatment,Professor HU Yueqiang combined the theory of Kaiheshu and used the Guizhi method to open the passage for vertigo caused by untransformed earth cold and unrestrained yang,and to lead yang out of yin and promote the smooth flow of Qi;for vertigo caused by unfavorable Shaoyang and wind caused by wood depression,Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction was used to pivot Shaoyang and reach the three burners.
