摘　　要：学习与归纳李业甫国医大师“柔中寓刚,一拨见应”学术思想治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的经验。李业甫教授认为,第三腰椎横突综合征核心病机在于肾虚,肾虚乃是发病的根源所在,而风寒湿邪的侵袭及外伤劳损等因素,则是诱发此病的外在原因。治疗上遵循“经络循行、标本兼治”的治疗原则,注重祛邪扶正,其“一指禅”推拿手法的“柔中寓刚”独特之处分别可以用巧、准、量、效来概括,能在很大程度上减轻第三腰椎横突综合征患者的不适,临床疗效不错。This paper studies and summarizes the experience of treating the third lumbar transverse process syn-drome based on the academic thought of LI Yefu,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,“softness contains hardness,and one push can see the response”.Professor LI Yefu believes that the core pathogenesis of the third lumbar trans-verse process syndrome lies in kidney deficiency,which is the root cause of the disease,while the invasion of wind,cold and dampness and trauma and strain are the external causes of the disease.In terms of treatment,the treatment prin-ciple of“meridian circulation,treating both the symptoms and the root cause”is followed,and emphasis is placed on eliminating evil and strengthening the body.The unique features of the“One-Finger Zen”massage technique of“Soft-ness Contains Hardness”can be summarized as cleverness,accuracy,quantity and effectiveness,which can greatly re-duce the discomfort of patients with the third lumbar transverse process syndrome,and the clinical effect is good.
