摘　　要：注意力缺陷多动障碍是一种常见于儿童时期的一种行为意识障碍性疾病,杨骏教授认为该病病位在脑,与心、肝、脾、肾关系密切,临床治疗该病症从脑论治,以补益脑髓、通督开窍为治疗原则。采用针灸及穴位外敷结合的综合疗法,针刺以重取头面腧穴及对症配穴为选穴思路;穴位贴敷选取百会、囟会二穴,药物以全蝎、细辛为主,临床疗效显著。Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder is a common behavioral consciousness disorder in children.Pro-fessor YANG believes that the disease is located in the brain and is closely related to the heart,liver,spleen,and kid-ney.The clinical treatment of this disease is based on the brain,with the treatment principle of nourishing the brain marrow and opening the governor vessels.A comprehensive therapy combining acupuncture and acupoint application is adopted.Acupuncture is based on the selection of acupoints on the head and face and the selection of acupoints ac-cording to symptoms;acupoint application selects Baihui and Xinhui points,and the drugs are mainly scorpion and asarum,with significant clinical efficacy.
