摘　　要：腰椎间盘突出症(LumbarDisc Herniation,LDH)是一种以腰酸背痛及下肢不适或疼痛为主要症状的非常常见的腰椎疾病。这种疼痛在久坐久站后可加剧,甚至伴活动受限,肌肉力量减弱,严重影响患者日常生活。苏国宏主任认为,LDH除了与外力损伤及不良姿势等外在因素有关,还与患者本身气血不调也有很大关系。气血不调会导致腰部周围的筋肉系统得不到滋养,而产生气血凝结的病理状态,并且长期气血亏虚,可发展为肾虚,肝肾阴虚等一系列问题,从而使筋骨系统的韧性下降,从而影响腰部内部结构的稳定性,增加腰椎间盘突出的风险,所以在治疗这类疾病的时候,要注意对气血的调养。文章旨在总结苏师运用气血理论在治疗LDH方面的临床经验,以期为中医临床提供更多思路。通过回顾分析临床案例、结合相关文献资料和名医经验,提炼出气血理论在治疗LDH中的核心思路、常用穴位及治疗方法。Lumbar disc herniation is a very common lumbar disease with back pain and lower limb discomfort or pain as the main symptoms.This pain can be aggravated after sitting or standing for a long time,and may even be accompanied by limited activity and weakened muscle strength,which seriously affects the patient’s daily life.Director SU Guohong believes that lumbar disc herniation is not only related to external factors such as external force injury and bad posture,but also has a lot to do with the patient’s own Qi and blood imbalance.Qi and blood imbalance will lead to the lack of nour-ishment of the muscle system around the waist,resulting in a pathological state of Qi and blood coagulation.Long-term Qi and blood deficiency can develop into a series of problems such as kidney deficiency,liver and kidney yin deficiency,etc.,which will reduce the toughness of the muscle and bone system,thereby affecting the stability of the internal structure of the waist and increasing the risk of lumbar disc herniation.Therefore,when treating such diseases,attention should be paid to the conditioning of Qi and blood.This article aims to summarize the clinical experience of Dr.SU in the treatment of LDH using the theory of Qi and blood,in order to provide more ideas for clinical Chinese medicine.By reviewing and analyzing clinical cases,combining relevant literature and famous doctors’experience,the core ideas,commonly used acupoints and treatment methods of Qi and Blood Theory in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation are extracted.
