基于“益气养阴”法论治肺癌

摘　　要：肺癌是中国恶性肿瘤发病和死亡的首要原因,目前多采用手术结合放化疗治疗,虽可在一定程度上提高患者远期生存时间,但存在易耐药等问题,且长期使用容易发生不良反应。中医药在恶性肿瘤防治领域有明确的临床疗效,徐经世教授作为第二届国医大师,在恶性肿瘤的术后中医治疗领域有独到的见解。徐教授认为,正气不足,外邪侵犯是肺癌发生的根本原因,气阴亏虚是病机关键。治疗上以益气养阴,扶正祛邪为治则,并确立了扶正安中汤为临床治疗肺癌术后的主方,取得良好的治疗效果。文章总结徐教授临证心得,阐述益气养阴治法在肺癌治疗中的重要作用,并附临床医案一则。Lung cancer is the leading cause of malignant tumors and death in China.Currently,surgery combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy is often used for treatment.Although it can improve the long-term survival time of patients to a certain extent,there are problems such as easy drug resistance,and long-term use is prone to adverse reactions.Traditional Chinese medicine has clear clinical efficacy in the prevention and treatment of malignant tumors.As the second national master of traditional Chinese medicine,Professor XU Jingshi has unique insights in the field of postoperative traditional Chinese medicine treatment of malignant tumors.Professor XU believes that insufficient vital energy and invasion of exogenous pathogens are the root causes of lung cancer,and deficiency of Qi and Yin is the key to the pathogenesis.In terms of treatment,the principle of invigorating Qi and nourishing yin,strengthening the body and eliminating evil is the treatment principle,and Fuzheng Anzhong Decoction is established as the main prescription for clinical treatment of postoperative lung cancer,achieving good therapeutic effects.This article summarizes Profes-sor XU’s clinical experience,expounds the important role of the method of invigorating Qi and nourishing Yin in the treatment of lung cancer,and attaches a clinical case.
