基于“正虚毒伏”浅析肺癌防治

摘　　要：基于“正虚毒伏”探析刘华教授防治肺癌经验。肺癌具有根深蒂固、迁延难愈、易复易转等特点,核心病机为“正虚毒伏”,正虚即肺、脾、肾气血阴阳虚衰易致痰瘀内结,久则变生癌毒,癌毒又可致虚,伏而难除,迁延难愈,视为伏毒,伏毒胶着,更耗正气,终至恶性循环、溃败之候。治以扶正解毒贯穿始终,以健脾益肺补肾、化痰散结、化瘀解毒为法,关注西医损伤性治疗手段对机体的影响,分阶段治疗:中药辅助西医治疗增效减毒,中药维持治疗防伏毒复发传舍,中药姑息治疗留存胃气、保存生机。Based on“deficiency of the body’s vital energy and hidden poison”,this paper analyzes Professor LIU Hua’s experience in preventing and treating lung cancer.Lung cancer has the characteristics of deep-rooted,pro-tracted and difficult to cure,easy to relapse and easy to turn.The core pathogenesis is“deficiency of the body’s vital energy and hidden poison”.Deficiency of the body’s vital energy refers to the deficiency of the Qi,blood,yin and yang of the lungs,spleen,and kidneys,which easily leads to phlegm and blood stasis.After a long time,it will turn into cancer toxins,which can also lead to deficiency,hidden and difficult to remove,protracted and difficult to cure,and is considered as hidden poisons.Hidden poisons are stalemates,which consume the vital energy and eventually lead to a vicious cycle and defeat.Treatment is based on strengthening the body’s vital energy and detoxification throughout the whole process,with the methods of strengthening the spleen,benefiting the lungs and tonifying the kidneys,resolving phlegm and dispersing knots,and removing blood stasis and detoxification.Attention is paid to the impact of Western medicine’s damaging treatment methods on the body,and treatment is divided into stages:Chinese medicine assists Western medicine treatment to increase efficacy and reduce toxicity,Chinese medicine maintenance treatment prevents the recurrence of hidden poisons,and Chinese medicine palliative treatment retains stomach Qi and preserves vitality.
