《济阴纲目》关于经闭门的用药探析

摘　　要：目的:运用数据挖掘的方法分析《济阴纲目》中经闭门篇的用药规律。方法:使用Excel软件对《济阴纲目》经闭门篇的方剂进行药物的性味归经及高频药物统计、高频药物的聚类分析使用SPSS statistics 25.0、关联规则利用SPSS Modeler 18.0进行分析。结果:纳入35首方剂,共涉及71味中药,累计使用频次226次。高频药物(用药频率≥3)为当归、白芍、肉桂、大黄、桃仁等23味药,多为温性药物,辛、苦、甘味药物使用较多,主归肝、脾、心经。药物分类统计共分16类,使用频次最高的为活血化瘀药,频数达78次,其中活血调经药使用最多(35次),其次为破血消癥药(22次)。使用关联规则分析获得核心药对包括当归-白芍、当归-延胡索、白芍-延胡索、延胡索-大黄共4对。通过聚类分析得到核心药物组合共4组:①红花、赤芍、凌霄花、延胡索、香附、莪术、干漆、肉桂、牡丹皮;②桃仁、牛膝;③生地黄、芒硝、大黄;④白芍、甘草、川芎、当归、人参、黄芪、熟地黄、茯苓、陈皮。结论:《济阴纲目》中经闭篇的用药以活血化瘀为主,多以疏肝健脾养心。Objective:To analyze the drug usage rules of the Jingbimen chapter in Jiyin Gangmu by using data ing methods.Methods:The nature,taste and meridians of the drugs in the Jingbimen chapter of Jiyin Gangmu were analyzed by Excel software,and the cluster analysis of the high-frequency drugs was performed using SPSS statistics 25.0,and the association rules were analyzed using SPSS Modeler 18.0.Results:35 prescriptions were included,in-volving a total of 71 Chinese medicines,with a cumulative frequency of use of 226 times.The high-frequency drugs(frequency of use≥3)were 23 drugs,including Angelica sinensis,white peony root,cinnamon bark,rhubarb,peach kernel,etc.Most of them were warm drugs,and pungent,bitter and sweet drugs were used more,mainly belonging to the liver,spleen and heart meridians.The drug classification statistics were divided into 16 categories,and the most fre-quently used drugs were blood-activating and stasis-removing drugs,with a frequency of 78 times,among which blood-activating and menstruation-regulating drugs were used the most(35 times),followed by blood-breaking and symp-tomatic drugs(22 times).The core drug pairs obtained by association rule analysis include angelica-white peony root,angelica-Rhizoma Corydalis,white peony root-Rhizoma Corydalis,and Rhizoma Corydalis-rhubarb,a total of 4 pairs.The core drug combinations obtained by cluster analysis are 4 groups:①safflower,red peony root,trumpet creeper,Rhizoma Corydalis,Cyperus rotundus,Curcuma zedoaria,dry lacquer,cinnamon bark,and peony bark;②peach ker-nel,Achyranthes bidentata;③raw rehmannia root,mirabilite,and rhubarb;④white peony root,licorice,Chuanxiong,angelica,ginseng,astragalus,cooked rehmannia root,Poria,and tangerine peel.Conclusion:The medication used in the amenorrhea chapter of“Jiyin Gangmu”is mainly to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,and mostly to soothe the liver,invigorate the spleen,and nourish the heart.
