宋若会治疗鼻鼽用药规律数据挖掘研究

摘　　要：目的:基于数据挖掘技术探讨宋若会主任治疗鼻鼽谴方用药规律。以期丰富中医药治疗鼻鼽的思路与方法。方法:收集2022年9月—2023年11月宋主任治疗鼻鼽患者病案183例,提取方药信息建立数据库,进行频数分析、功效及性味归经分析、四气五味分析、关联规则分析、聚类分析。结果:共筛选出处方183首,涉及中药79味,其中使用频次≥30次的中药共22味,最为常用的有羌活、山药、牡丹皮、白术、牡蛎等;归肺、肝、脾经;性多温、寒,味多辛、苦、甘。关联规则得出其核心药物为羌活、辛夷、防风、牡蛎、白术、牡丹皮、山药,聚类分析得出两类核心组合。结论:宋主任治疗鼻鼽用药处方平和,以补虚药、清热药、解表药为主,体现了重视肺脾,扶正祛邪的学术思想。Objective:To explore the prescription and medication rules of Director SONG Ruohui for the treatment of allergic rhinitis based on data mining technology.In order to enrich the ideas and methods of TCM treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods:A total of 183 medical records of patients with allergic rhinitis treated by Director Song from Septem-ber 2022 to November 2023 were collected,and the prescription information was extracted to establish a database,and frequency analysis,efficacy and nature and flavor meridian analysis,Four-Qi and Five-Flavor analysis,association rule analysis,and cluster analysis were performed.Results:A total of 183 prescriptions were screened,involving 79 Chinese medicines,of which 22 Chinese medicines were used≥30 times.The most commonly used ones were Qian-ghuo,Chinese yam,peony bark,Atractylodes macrocephala,oyster,etc.;they belong to the lung,liver,and spleen me-ridians;they are mostly warm and cold in nature,and pungent,bitter,and sweet in taste.The association rules show that the core drugs are Qianghuo,Xinyi,Fangfeng,oyster,Atractylodes macrocephala,peony bark,and Chinese yam,and cluster analysis shows two types of core combinations.Conclusion:SONG’s prescriptions for treating allergic rhinitis are mild,mainly based on tonics,heat-clearing and antipyretic drugs,which reflects the academic thought of attaching importance to the lungs and spleen,strengthening the body and eliminating evil.
