灵龟八法配合柴芩温胆汤加减治疗焦虑性失眠的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察灵龟八法开穴配合柴芩温胆汤加减治疗焦虑性失眠的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的60例焦虑性失眠患者随机分为柴芩温胆汤加减组(对照组)30例和灵龟八法开穴配合柴芩温胆汤加减治疗组(观察组)30例。观察2组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表、焦虑量表(HAMA)的评分变化及临床总有效率。结果:治疗后2组中医证候积分均较治疗前减少,观察组中医证候积分少于对照组(P<0.05);2组各项PSQI得分下降,观察组各项PSQI得分少于对照组(P<0.05);2组HAMA得分减少,观察组HAMA得分少于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组临床总有效率93.3%,对照组临床总有效率73.3%,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:灵龟八法开穴配合柴芩温胆汤加减治疗焦虑性失眠疗效良好,可明显改善患者的症状,有效缓解患者的紧张焦虑情绪,提高睡眠质量。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Linggui Eight Methods of Acupoint Opening combined with Chaiqin Wendan Decoction for the treatment of anxiety-related insomnia.Methods:Sixty patients with anxiety-related insomnia who met the criteria were randomly divided into Chaiqin Wendan Decoction group(control group)with 30 cases and Linggui Eight Methods of Acupoint Opening combined with Chaiqin Wendan Decoction for the treatment group(observation group)with 30 cases.The changes in TCM syndrome scores,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scale,and anxiety rating scale(HAMA)scores before and after treatment and the total clinical efficacy were observed in the two groups.Results:After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of both groups decreased compared with those be-fore treatment,and the TCM syndrome scores of the observation group were less than those of the control group(P<0.05);the PSQI scores of the two groups decreased,and the PSQI scores of the observation group were less than those of the control group(P<0.05);the HAMA scores of the two groups decreased,and the HAMA scores of the observation group were less than those of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%,and the total clinical effective rate of the control group was 73.3%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Linggui Bafa acupuncture point opening combined with Chaiqin Wendan Decoction plus or minus has a good effect on the treatment of anxiety-related insomnia,which can significantly improve the symptoms of patients,effectively relieve the nervousness and anxiety of patients,and improve the quality of sleep.
