改良无痛麦粒化脓灸联合三球呼吸训练法对咳嗽变异性哮喘患者Th1/Th2免疫平衡、肺小气道功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究改良无痛麦粒化脓灸联合三球呼吸训练法对咳嗽变异性哮喘患者Th1/Th2免疫平衡、肺小气道功能的影响。方法:选取2021年9月—2023年11月98例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者作为研究对象,对照组49例给予三球呼吸训练法,观察组49例给予三球呼吸训练法联合改良无痛麦粒化脓灸,2组均持续治疗8周。比较2组咳嗽症状评分及消失时间,肺小气道功能指标,Th1/Th2细胞因子谱。结果:治疗后,2组咳嗽症状评分均降低,且观察组更低;观察组症状消失时间低于对照组;治疗后,2组肺小气道功能指标水平均增加,且观察组更高;治疗后,2组干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)水平均增加,且观察组更高;2组IL-4、IL-13水平均降低,且观察组更低,差异均有统计学意义。结论:改良无痛麦粒化脓灸联合三球呼吸训练法能改善咳嗽变异性哮喘患者临床症状,增加肺小气道功能,并调节Th1/Th2细胞因子谱。Objective:To explore the effect of modified painless wheat grain suppuration moxibustion combined with three-ball breathing training on Th1/Th2 immune balance and lung small airway function in patients with cough vari-ant asthma.Methods:A total of 98 patients with cough variant asthma from September 2021 to November 2023 were selected as research subjects.49 cases in the control group were given three-ball breathing training,and 49 cases in the observation group were given three-ball breathing training combined with modified painless wheat grain suppura-tion moxibustion.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The cough symptom scores and disappearance time,lung small airway function indicators,and Th1/Th2 cytokine profiles were compared between the two groups.Results:After treat-ment,the cough symptom scores of both groups decreased,and the score in the observation group was lower;the symp-tom disappearance time of the observation group was lower than that of the control group;after treatment,the levels of lung small airway function indexes of both groups increased,and the score in the observation group was higher;after treatment,the levels of interferon-γ(IFN-γ)and interleukin-2(IL-2)of both groups increased,and the score in the observation group was higher;the levels of IL-4 and IL-13 of both groups decreased,and the score in the observation group was lower,and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:Modified painless wheat grain suppura-tion moxibustion combined with three-ball breathing training can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with cough variant asthma,increase lung small airway function,and regulate the Th1/Th2 cytokine spectrum.
