小针刀联合低温等离子射频消融术治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察小针刀联合低温等离子射频消融术治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:选取符合标准的80例神经根型颈椎病患者为研究对象。对照组给予低温等离子射频消融术治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用小针刀治疗。比较2组患者治疗前后颈椎疼痛度、颈椎功能、颈椎曲度以及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,2组患者在视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分上均低于治疗前水平,观察组的降低程度明显优于对照组,2组患者之间的差异在统计学上具有显著意义(P<0.05)。此外,2组患者在颈椎病临床评价量表(CASCS)评分上均高于治疗前水平,观察组的增加幅度明显高于对照组,2组患者之间的差异在统计学上具有显著意义(P<0.05)。2组患者在颈椎曲度弧弦距方面均呈现改善趋势,观察组的改善程度明显优于对照组,2组患者之间的差异在统计学上具有显著意义(P<0.05)。最后,观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异在统计学上具有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:小针刀联合低温等离子射频消融术能够有效使神经根型颈椎病患者减轻疼痛,提高颈椎功能并且改善颈椎曲度。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of small needle knife combined with low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:A total of 80 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy who met the criteria were selected as the research subjects.The control group was treated with low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation,and the observation group was treated with small nee-dle knife on the basis of the control group.The cervical pain,cervical function,cervical curvature and clinical ef-ficacy of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the two groups were lower than the pre-treatment levels,and the reduction degree of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).In addition,the scores of the cervical spondylosis clinical assessment scale(CASCS)of the two groups were higher than the pre-treatment levels,and the increase in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The two groups of patients showed an improvement trend in the arc chord distance of the cervical curvature.The improvement of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Finally,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Small needle knife combined with low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation can effectively relieve pain,improve cervical function and improve cervical curvature in CSR patients.
