摘　　要：结直肠癌是全球范围内高发且致死率高的恶性肿瘤,这个过程包含着复杂的细胞间相互作用和免疫调控机制。近年来,中药在结直肠癌转移前生态位调控及免疫逃逸机制中的作用逐渐凸显。文章综述旨在梳理并阐述中药在干预这些机制方面的最新研究成果。首先,我们将探讨中药如何通过影响肿瘤微环境中的细胞因子、细胞外基质和免疫细胞来调节结直肠癌细胞与其微环境之间的相互作用。其次,审视中药在抑制肿瘤免疫逃逸方面的潜在机制,包括增强免疫监视和抑制免疫抑制途径的作用。最后,我们将探讨这些发现在临床应用上的前景以及未来研究的方向。通过全面探讨这些核心议题,该综述旨在为中药在结直肠癌治疗中的应用奠定新的理论基础,并提供临床实践的有益指导。Colorectal cancer is a highly prevalent and lethal malignant tumor worldwide,and this process involves complex cell-cell interactions and immune regulation mechanisms.In recent years,the role of traditional Chinese medicine in the regulation of the pre-metastatic niche and immune escape mechanism of colorectal cancer has gradu-ally become prominent.This review aims to sort out and explain the latest research results of traditional Chinese medi-cine in intervening these mechanisms.First,we will explore how traditional Chinese medicine regulates the interaction between colorectal cancer cells and their micro-environment by affecting cytokines,extracellular matrix,and immune cells in the tumor microe-nvironment.Second,we will examine the potential mechanisms of traditional Chinese medi-cine in inhibiting tumor immune escape,including the role of enhancing immune surveillance and inhibiting immuno suppressive pathways.Finally,we will explore the prospects of these findings in clinical application and the direction of future research.By comprehensively exploring these core issues,this review aims to lay a new theoretical foundation for the application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of colorectal cancer and provide useful guidance for clinical practice.
