摘　　要：结直肠癌的发病率在恶性肿瘤中占据显著位置,对人类健康构成严重威胁。结直肠腺瘤作为结直肠癌的重要癌前病变,其发生与发展的机制探明以及防治措施的实施对于预防结直肠癌的发生具有不可忽视的价值。据中医理论,偏颇体质被视为结直肠腺瘤发生及复发的重要风险因素,而腺瘤的复发又进一步加剧了腺癌的患病可能性。通过改善偏颇体质,调整人体内环境平衡,可以有效增强结直肠腺瘤患者的免疫力,实现“未病先防”的目的,进而显著降低结直肠腺癌发生和复发的风险。该文对近年来关于阳虚体质与免疫功能之间关系的研究进行归纳和整理,以期从中提炼出有价值的规律,为防治结直肠腺瘤及腺癌提供科学依据。The incidence of colorectal cancer occupies a prominent position among malignant tumors and poses a serious threat to human health.As an important precancerous lesion of colorectal cancer,the exploration of the mecha-nism of occurrence and development of colorectal adenoma and the implementation of prevention and treatment meas-ures are of great value in preventing the occurrence of colorectal cancer.According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,biased constitution is regarded as an important risk factor for the occurrence and recurrence of colorectal adenoma,and the recurrence of adenoma further increases the possibility of adenocarcinoma.By improving the biased constitution and adjusting the balance of the human body’s internal environment,the immunity of patients with colo-rectal adenoma can be effectively enhanced,the purpose of“prevention before illness”can be achieved,and the risk of occurrence and recurrence of colorectal adenocarcinoma can be significantly reduced.This article summarizes and organizes the research on the relationship between yang deficiency constitution and immune function in recent years,in order to extract valuable laws from them and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of colorectal adenoma and adenocarcinoma.
