摘　　要：藤梨根为猕猴桃科猕猴桃属植物中华猕猴桃(Actinidia chinensis Planch.)的干燥根,是一种传统的中药材,具有广泛的药用价值。藤梨根中含有多种活性成分,目前鉴定的有178种,其结构类型多样,包括三萜类、苯丙素类、黄酮类、甾体类、蒽醌类、生物碱类等,三萜类为其主要成分(75种)。这些成分具有抗肿瘤、保肝、抗炎、抗病毒、抗血管生成、抗诱变等多种药理活性。对藤梨根的化学成分及药理作用研究现状进行了综述,以期为藤梨根的深入研究及临床应用提供参考。Tengligen(Actinidiae Chinensis Radix)is the dried root of Zhonghua Mihoutao(Actinidia chinensis Planch.),a plant of Actinidia genus in Actinidiaceae.It is a traditional Chinese herb with extensive medicinal values.Tengligen(Actinidiae Chinensis Radix)contains various active ingredients,178 species have been identified,and their structural types are diverse,in-cluding triterpenoids,phenylpropanoids,flavonoids,steroids,anthraquinones and alkaloids,with triterpenoids as its main compo-nents(75 species).These ingredients have various pharmacological activities such as anti-tumor,liver protection,anti-inflam-matory,antiviral,anti-angiogenic,and anti-mutagenic effects.This article provided a review of the current research on the chemical components and pharmacological effects of Tengligen(Actinidiae Chinensis Radix),in order to provide reference for the in-depth research and clinical application.
