龙眼肉的质量控制现状及质量标志物预测分析

摘　　要：龙眼肉中化学成分丰富,其主要含有糖类、脂类、氨基酸类、多酚类、挥发性成分等。现代药理作用较广,有抗焦虑、抗氧化、抗应激、抗菌、抗衰老、抑肿瘤等的功效,并且还能够影响机体内分泌、提高免疫力以及促进睡眠,其使用前景巨大。通过查阅近十几年的文献对龙眼肉相关信息进行综述,根据质量标志物(quality marker,Q-Marker)研究思路,从不同配伍、不同加工处理方法、成分与药效相关联、不同提取方法、不同品种和不同产地、化学成分可测性、传统药性7个方面对龙眼肉的Q-Marker进行预测分析,为龙眼肉的质量控制提供更有力的证据。Longan Arillus is abundant in chemical components,and it mainly contains saccharides,lipid,amino acids,poly-phenols,volatile constituent and other chemical components.Its modern pharmacological effects are wide,and it has anti-anxie-ty,anti-oxidation,anti-stress,antibacterium,anti-aging and antitumor effects.It also can affect the endocrine system,boost immunity and improve sleeping.Its application prospects are considerable.In this study,the relevant information of Longan Aril-lus was reviewed by referring to the literature in recent ten years,according to the research idea of quality markers.The quality markers of Longan Arillus were predicted and analyzed from seven aspects including different compatibilities of Chinese drugs,different processing methods,the relation of ingredients and effects,different extraction methods,different varieties and origins,chemical component measurabilities and traditional medicinal properties.It provided more powerful evidence for the quality con-trol of Longan Arillus.
