补中益气汤对老年腹股沟疝腹腔镜修补术后免疫功能及预后的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨补中益气汤对老年腹股沟疝腹腔镜修补术患者免疫功能及预后的影响。方法选取该院收治的老年腹股沟疝患者96例,将纳入患者随机分为两组,每组各48例。两组患者均行腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术,对照组在此基础上进行抗感染治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合补中益气汤治疗,治疗7 d,对比两组患者临床治疗效果、免疫功能、视觉模拟量表(visual analogue score,VAS)评分、肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间及术后并发症情况。结果对照组总有效率为87.50%显著低于观察组总有效率97.92%,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3 d后,两组VAS评分均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05);组间比较差异无统计学意义;治疗7 d后,两组VAS评分均显著低于治疗前及治疗后3 d,观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后免疫球蛋白G(immunoglobulin G,IgG)、免疫球蛋白A(immunoglobulin A,IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(immunoglobulin M,IgM)水平均较治疗前提升显著(P<0.05),观察组改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者肛门排气、术后下床及术后住院时间均优于对照组(P<0.05);对照组并发症发生率为14.59%,观察组并发症发生率为2.08%,观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补中益气汤对老年腹股沟疝腹腔镜修补术患者具有良好的治疗效果,可提高患者免疫功能,促进患者康复,减轻并发症,安全性高,值得临床应用。Objective To investigate the effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction(补中益气汤)on immune function and prognosis of elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair.Methods Ninety-six elderly patients with inguinal hernia admit-ted to the hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,48 cases in each group.Both groups received laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair.The control group received anti-infection treatment on the basis of this and the observation group was combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on the basis of the control group for 7 days.The clinical therapeutic effect,immune func-tion,visual analogue score(VAS)score,exhaust time,time of getting out of bed,length of hospital stay and postoperative compli-cations of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the control group(87.50%)was significantly lower than that of the observation group(97.92%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).After 3 days of treatment,VAS scores in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between the groups.After 7 days of treatment,VAS scores of both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment and 3 days after treatment,and the score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin A(IgA)and immunoglobulin M(IgM)in both groups were significantly increased after treatment compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Anal exhaust,postoperative getting out of bed and postoperative hospitalization time in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate was 14.59%in the control group and 2.08%in the observation group.The complication rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Buzhong Yiqi Decoction has
