摘　　要：射血分数保留的心力衰竭(Heart failure with preserved ejection fraction,HFpEF)是心力衰竭的主要类型,现代医学对其缺乏足够多的治疗手段。中医药在防治HFpEF方面具有一定潜力,然而证候诊断的不统一限制了临床疗效和研究质量的提高。为了规范HFpEF的辨证,《基于中西医病证结合的射血分数保留的心力衰竭气虚、血瘀、水饮证候诊断专家共识》和《基于中西医病证结合的射血分数保留的心力衰竭阳虚、阴虚、痰浊证候诊断专家共识》(以下合称《共识》)制定发布。对《共识》制定的思路和特色进行解读,以期为广大同仁正确理解和规范应用《共识》提供参考。Heart failure with preserved ejection fraction(HFpEF)is the main type of heart failure,and modern medicine lacks sufficient treatment options for it.Traditional Chinese Medicine has certain potentiality in the prevention and treatment of HFpEF.However,the inconsistency of syndrome diagnosis limits the improvement of clinical efficacy and research quality.To standardize the syndrome diagnosis of HFpEF,Expert Consensus on Syndrome Diagnosis ofQi Deficiency,Blood Stasis and Fluid Retention in Heart Failure with Preserved Ejection Fraction Based on Combination ofWestern Medicine Disease and Traditional Chi-nese Medicine Syndrome and Expert Consensus on Syndrome Diagnosis ofYang Deficiency,Yin Deficiency and Phlegm in Heart Failure with Preserved Ejection Fraction Based on Combination ofWestern Medicine Disease and Traditional Chinese Medicine Syn-drome(hereinafter collectively referred to as Consensus)were developed and published.This paper interpreted the ideas and char-acteristics of Consensus,in order to provide reference for the majority of colleagues to understand and apply Consensus correctly.
