基于谱效关联技术的中药质量控制研究进展

摘　　要：对国内外有关谱效关联研究论文进行分析研究,在谱效关联技术中主要运用色谱法、电感耦合、等离子体质谱法、紫外分光光度法等,对单味中药、中药复方制剂、中药饮片的抗菌、抗炎、抗氧化等方面进行谱效关联研究,通过离体细胞、细菌及在体动物等生物活性评价模型,采用偏最小二乘法、灰色关联度法、相似性分析法、层次聚类分析法、主成分分析法及双变量分析法等方法,探究了中药的药效物质基础,为中药的质量控制提供了新的方法。谱效关联技术在中药质量控制过程中,还存在以下不足:一是研究指纹图谱色谱峰中各化学成分的相互作用对中药药效的影响报道较少;二是针对同种疾病,各单个或综合的数据处理方法之间缺乏差异性比较,不同的分析方法可能存在差异,导致谱效关联结果出现偏颇。如果能在解决以上两个问题的基础上,进一步对相应活性成分作靶点和通路研究,将能更加全面、系统地对中药药效机理进行剖析,助力中药高质量发展。Analyzes and studies the relevant spectrum effect association research papers at home and abroad,think,Spectral effect correlation technology mainly uses chromatography,inductive coupling,plasma mass spectrometry,ultraviolet spectrophotom-etry,The correlation study of single Chinese medicine,compound preparation of Chinese medicine:antibacterial,anti-inflamma-tory and antioxidant,Through the biological activity evaluation model of in vitro cells,bacteria and in vivo animals,Using partial least squares method,gray correlation degree method,similarity analysis method,hierarchical clustering analysis method,principal component analysis method and bivariate analysis method,Exploring the medicinal substance basis of traditional Chinese medi-cine,Prova new methods for quality control of TCM.Based on the research results of TCM,two conclusions are obtained.First,the influence of the interaction of chemical components on the data analysis method of the same disease.On the basis of the existing spectrum effect correlation research,the above two aspects are expected to provide more comprehensive and systematic quality control of TCM and help the high-quality development of TCM.
