摘  要:目的探索盐制法炮制对地黄滋阴清热主要功效的增效作用。方法结合盐制法古籍记载和现代演变制备地黄盐制炮制品,在此基础上,在相对最为公认也是应用最为广泛的左旋甲状腺素钠(160 mg·kg^(-1))灌胃诱导的小鼠阴虚内热模型上,通过对小鼠大体体征观察、饮水量、肛温、趋热性,以及对血清三碘甲状腺原氨酸(Tri-iodothyronine,T3)、甲状腺素(Thyroxine,T4)、环磷酸腺苷(Cyclic adenosine monophosphate,cAMP)、环磷酸鸟苷(Cyclic guanosine monophosphate,cGMP)、Na^+-K^+-ATP(Sodium-Potassium Pump)酶、Ca^(2+)-Mg^(2+)-ATP(Calcium pump)酶等与阴虚内热相关指标的检测,综合评价盐制法炮制对地黄滋阴清热主要功效的增效作用。结果模型引起了小鼠饮水量、肛温,以及血清T3、T4、cAMP、cAMP/cGMP比值、Na^+-K^+-ATP酶、Ca^(2+)-Mg^(2+)-ATP酶的水平均显著升高(P<0.01),冷热板趋热性显著下降(P<0.01);地黄生品及其各盐制炮制品对模型引起的以上指标的异常均能够起到明显改善作用(P<0.05或P<0.01),其中地黄盐制品的改善作用均优于其生品,且尤以盐闷冻干法炮制的地黄盐制品的作用为佳。结论盐制法炮制能够对地黄滋阴清热的主要功效起到增效作用,其中尤以盐闷冻干法炮制对地黄主要功效的增效作用为佳。Objective To exploring the enhancing effect of salt processing on the nourishing Yin and clearing heat effects of Di-huang(Rehmanniae Radix).Methods Based on the ancient records of salt preparation method and modern evolution,the salt-processed products of Dihuang(Rehmanniae Radix)were prepared.On this basis,a mouse model of Yin deficiency and internal heat induced by oral administration of levothyroxine sodium(160 mg·kg^(-1)),which was relatively recognized and widely used,was studied by observing the gross signs,water intake,anal temperature,thermotropism as well as serum triiodothyronine(T3),thyroxine(T4),cyclic adenosine monophosphate(cAMP),cyclic guanosine monophosphate(cGMP),Na^(+)-K^(+)-ATP(Sodium Potas)and other factors to comprehensively evaluate the synergistic effect of salt processing on the main efficacy of nourishing Yin and clearing heat in Dihuang(Rehmanniae Radix).Results The model caused a significant increase in water intake,anal temperature,serum levels of T3,T4,cAMP,cAMP/cGMP,Na^(+)-K^(+)-ATPase and Ca^(2+)-Mg^(2+)-ATPase in mice(P<0.01),and the thermalization of the hot and cold board was significantly reduced(P<0.01).Raw Dihuang(Rehmanniae Radix)and its various salt-processed products can significantly improve the abnormalities in the above indicators caused by the model(P<0.05 or P<0.01),among which the improvement effect of Dihuang(Rehmanniae Radix)salt-products was better than that of their raw products,and the effect of Dihuang(Rehmanniae Radix)salt-products processed by salt sealing freeze-drying method was particularly good.Conclusion The processing with salt can enhance the main effect of Dihuang(Rehmanniae Radix)in nour-ishing Yin and clearing heat.In particular,the enhancing effect of salt sealing freeze-drying processing method on the main effects of Dihuang(Rehmanniae Radix)is the best.
