乌灵胶囊联合参芪五味子片对老年稳定型心绞痛并焦虑抑郁状态的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究乌灵胶囊联合参芪五味子片对老年稳定型心绞痛并焦虑抑郁状态的疗效。方法选取2022年2月—2023年2月医院心内科收治的老年稳定型心绞痛并焦虑抑郁患者126例,随机分为试验组、对照组,各63例。对照组患者接受西医治疗,富马酸比索洛尔片、欣康缓释片联合阿司匹林肠溶片。试验组在对照组的基础上予以乌灵胶囊联合参芪五味子片。对比两组稳定型心绞痛疗效、心电图疗效、中医证候疗效、焦虑抑郁、睡眠质量评分、血浆心钠素(Atrial natriuretic peptide,ANP)、内皮素(endothelin,ET)、胆固醇(cholesterol,TC)、三酰甘油(triacylglycerol,TG)、去甲肾上腺素(noradrenaline,NE)、5-羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)和多巴胺(dopamine,DA)、不良反应发生情况。结果与对照组相比,试验组稳定型心绞痛治疗效果、心电图疗效、中医症状疗效较优(P<0.05)。与治疗前比,治疗后两组焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(Self-Rating Depression Scale,SDS)及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)评分降低;与对照组比,治疗后试验组SAS、SDS及PSQI评分较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者ANP、ET、TC及TG水平降低;与对照组比较,试验组ANP、ET、TC以及TG水平较低(P<0.05)。与治疗前比,治疗后两组NE、5-HT、DA水平升高;与对照组比,治疗后试验组NE、5-HT、DA水平较高(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生情况对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论乌灵胶囊联合参芪五味子片能改善老年稳定型心绞痛并焦虑患者的心绞痛症状,缓解焦虑抑郁等不良情绪,适宜临床应用。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Wuling Capsules(乌灵胶囊)combined with Shenqi Wuweizi Tab-lets(参芪五味子片)on elderly patients with stable angina pectoris and anxiety and depression.Method A total of 126 elderly patients with stable angina pectoris combined with anxiety and depression admitted to the cardiology department of the hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 63 ca-ses in each group.The control group patients received Western medicine treatment,including Bisoprolol Fumarate Tablets,Xin-kang Sustained-Release Tablets and Aspirin Enteric Coated Tablets.On the basis of the control group,the experimental group received Wuling Capsules combined with Shenqi Wuweizi Tablets.The efficacy of stable angina pectoris,electrocardiogram effica-cy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome efficacy,the scores of anxiety and depression,the sleep quality score,the levels of plasma atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP),endothelin(ET),cholesterol(TC),triacylglycerol(TG),norepinephrine(NE),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)and dopamine(DA)and the occurrence of adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Re-sults Compared with that of the control group,the treatment effect of stable angina pectoris in the experimental group was better(P<0.05).Compared with those before treatment,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scores of the two groups decreased after treatment.Compared with the control group,the SAS,SDS and PSQI scores of the experimental group were lower after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with those before treatment,the levels of ANP,ET,TC and TG in the two groups decreased.After treatment,compared with the control group,the experimental group had lower levels of ANP,ET,TC and TG,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Com-pared with those before treatment,the levels of NE,5-HT and DA in the two groups increased after treatment.Com
