通脉化瘀方内服结合定向透药技术在脑卒中上肢偏瘫中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的分析通脉化瘀方内服结合定向透药技术在脑卒中上肢偏瘫中的应用效果。方法随机选取2021年8月—2022年12月南阳医学高等专科学校第一附属医院康复科收治的卒中上肢偏瘫患者共80例纳入研究,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组各40例。对照组采用西医常规,试验组采用通脉化瘀方内服结合定向透药技术进行治疗。治疗1个月后评价两组患者治疗效果,对比治疗前后两组患者中医症候积分、上肢功能[Wolf运动功能测试量表(WMFT)]以及血流指标变化。结果试验组临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05),与治疗前比较,两组患者WMFT评分均升高(P<0.05),且试验组WMFT评分高于对照组(P<0.05),两组中医证候积分与各项血流指标水平均降低(P<0.05),且试验组中医症候积分与血流指标水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通脉化瘀方内服结合定向透药技术能够有效提高卒中上肢偏瘫治疗效果,缓解患者中医证候,改善患者上肢功能与血运情况。Objective To analyze the effect of Tongmai Huayu Decoction(通脉化瘀方)combined with directional drug pene-tration technology in the application of stroke in upper limb hemiplegia.Methods A total of 80 stroke patients with upper limb hemiplegia admitted to the Rehabilitation Department of The First Affiliated Hospital of Nanyang Medical College from August 2021 to December 2022 were randomly selected to be included in the study,and were divided into control group(40 cases)and experimental group(40 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with Tongmai Huayu Decoction combined with directional drug penetration.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was evaluated after 1 month of treatment,and the changes of TCM symptom scores,upper limb function[Wolf Motor Function Test(WMFT)]and blood flow index of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the WMFT scores of the two groups were higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the investigator WMFT score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM symptom scores and blood flow index levels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the TCM symptom score and blood flow index level of the experi-mental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongmai Huayu Decoction combined with direc-tional drug penetration can effectively improve that treatment effect of stroke patients with upper limb hemiplegia,relieve the TCM syndrome,and improve the upper limb function and blood supply of the patients.
