摘　　要：百令胶囊治疗呼吸系统疾病具有良好的临床疗效及安全性,已纳入国家医保药品目录、国家基本药物品种目录。百令胶囊于1991年上市,临床实际应用中存在适应证不规范、疗程界定不清、禁忌人群不明等问题。共识由中医肺系病、呼吸及危重症医学领域的临床专家和方法学、药学专家共同制定,严格遵循中华中医药学会中成药临床应用专家共识步骤进行研制,以期指导临床规范使用百令胶囊治疗慢性支气管炎和其他呼吸系统疾病。共识采用问卷调查、专家访谈的形式收集临床应用建议,根据PICOS原则确定临床关注问题并进行证据评价和GRADE分级,采用名义组法产生推荐意见和共识建议,最终形成14条推荐意见和共识建议。共识进一步明确了百令胶囊治疗慢性支气管炎的适应症、中医证候、用法用量等,为其临床的合理使用提供参考。Bailing Capsule(百令胶囊)has good clinical efficacy and safety in treating respiratory diseases,and have been included in the national medical insurance catalog and the national essential drugs list.As a post-market drug in 1991,there are problems such as non-standard indications,unclear course definition and unknown contraindications in clinical practice.There-fore,this consensus was jointly developed by clinical experts and methodological and pharmaceutical experts in the fields of tradi-tional Chinese medicine pulmonary diseases,respiratory and critical care medicine and follows the consensus steps of traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations clinical application experts of the China Association of Chinese Medicine,with a view to guiding the correct clinical use of Bailing Capsule for the treatment of chronic bronchitis and other respiratory diseases.After questionnaire survey and expert interview,the consensus identified clinical concerns,and finished comprehensive analysis of evidence-based medical evidence with Grading of Recommendations,Assessment,Development and Evaluation(GRADE)sys-tem according to the PICOS principle.Finally,14 recommendations and consensus suggestions were finally obtained through nom-inal group technique.The indications,TCM syndromes,usage and safety of Bailing Capsule in the treatment of chronic bronchitis were further explained in the consensus,aiming to provide guidance and reference for the rational use.
