摘 要:水泥行业是典型高耗能、高排放行业,在电力市场和碳市场的共同作用下,水泥企业必须合理调整生产计划,努力做到节能减排。为此,提出了一种考虑需求响应和碳交易的水泥企业生产调度方法。首先,分析水泥企业生产流程,考虑生产环节主要负荷的运行特点,建立水泥企业负荷需求响应模型;其次,分析水泥企业的碳排放机理,建立碳排放与生产安排的量化表达,并以阶梯型碳交易模型描述碳交易成本;最后,建立综合考虑需求响应和碳交易的水泥企业生产调度模型,通过优化电网购电和各环节生产计划,实现购电成本和碳交易成本最小的生产目标。算例分析表明所提方法能够实现水泥企业在电力市场和碳市场下的电-碳协同优化,有助于水泥企业进行节能减排,促进碳达峰、碳中和的实现。Cement industry is a typical high-energy consumption and high-emission industry,in the power market and carbon market,cement enterprises must reasonably adjust their production plan,and strive to achieve energy savings and emission reductions.Therefore,a production scheduling method for cement enterprises considering demand response and carbon trading is proposed.Firstly,the production process of cement enterprises is analyzed,and a load demand response model for cement enterprises is established,taking into account the operational characteristics of the main loads in the production process.Secondly,the carbon emission mechanism of cement enterprises is analyzed,and a quantitative expression of carbon emissions and production arrangements is established.Furthermore,the carbon trading cost is described using the stepped carbon trading model Finally,a production scheduling model for cement enterprises is established,which takes into account both demand response and carbon trading.By optimizing the power purchase and production plan for each stage/link,the objective of minimizing both power purchase costs and carbon transaction costs is achieved.The example analysis shows that the proposed method can realize the electric-carbon collaborative optimization for cement enterprises within the power market and carbon market framework.This is beneficial for cement enterprises to implement energy-saving and emission-reduction measures,thereby facilitating the attainment of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.
