摘  要:近年来,大量电力电子类分布式电源(distributed generation,DG)随机接入配电网,导致发电情况具有随机性和不确定性。同时,配电网也受到负荷的随机性和非线性特点的影响,导致配电网的电能质量问题相较于以往更为严重。为解决该问题,提出一种考虑负荷和DG不确定性的选址定容方法,以功率损耗和电压总谐波畸变率为目标函数;建立负荷和DG概率模型,并分别采用非线性最小二乘法和极大期望优化算法对模型参数进行求解;采用改进的无迹变换方法确定系统潮流情况。遍历最优化算法与网络损耗灵敏度因子相结合,在降低计算量的同时找到DG的最佳接入方案。构建概率性优化求解算法,求解不确定性情况下配电网中DG的概率性优化问题,实现DG的优化管控。采用IEEE-33和IEEE-69节点系统进行仿真验证,结果表明所提方法可显著降低网损,改善电能质量。In recent years,the random integration of numerous power electronics-based distributed generations(DGs)into distribution networks has led to increased randomness and uncertainty in power generation.Simultaneously,the distribution networks are also affected by the stochastic and nonlinear characteristics of loads,exacerbating the issue of power quality compared to the past.To address this,we propose a site selection and capacity determination method that considers the uncertainties of both loads and DGs,with power loss and total harmonic distortion(THD)of voltage serving as the objective functions.Probability models for loads and DGs are established,and their parameters are estimated using nonlinear least squares and expectation maximization optimization algorithms,respectively.An improved unscented transformation method is employed to ascertain the power flow conditions within the system.By integrating the traversal optimization algorithm with network loss sensitivity factors,we are able to identify the optimal integration scheme for DGs while minimizing computational complexity.Furthermore,we construct a probabilistic optimization solution algorithm to tackle the probabilistic optimization problem of DGs in distribution networks under uncertain conditions,thereby enabling optimized management and control of DGs.Simulation verifications conducted on the IEEE-33 and IEEE-69 node systems reveal that the proposed method can significantly reduce network losses and improve power quality.
