摘　　要：目的探究贝利尤单抗治疗对系统性红斑狼疮患者近期疗效以及对辅助性T细胞1型(Th1)/辅助性T细胞2型(Th2)平衡的影响。方法回顾性分析2022年8月至2024年8月河南省人民医院收治的110例系统性红斑狼疮患者,按照不同的治疗方法将其分为对照组(n=55)和观察组(n=55);其中对照组患者接受常规治疗,观察组接受常规治疗联合贝利尤单抗治疗。研究旨在评估不同治疗方法对系统性红斑狼疮患者治疗有效率、系统性红斑狼疮疾病活动指数(SLEDAI)、双链脱氧核糖核酸(ds-DNA)与泼尼松用量、白介素-2(IL-2)、白介素-4(IL-4)、白介素-10(IL-10)水平以及不良反应发生率的影响。结果治疗后,观察组治疗有效率显著高于对照组,(P<0.05);观察组的SLEDAI评分显著低于对照组,(P<0.05);观察组的ds-DNA定量与泼尼松用量显著低于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义,(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的IL-4、IL-10水平显著低于对照组,IL-2水平显著高于对照组,(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率无明显差异,(P>0.05)。结论贝利尤单抗治疗系统性红斑狼疮效果较好且有利于调节Th1/Th2处于平衡状态,因此该治疗方法值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the recent efficacy of belimumab treatment in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus and its impact on the balance of helper T cells type 1(Th1)and type 2(Th2).Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 110 Systemic lupus erythematosus patients admitted to Henan Provincial People's Hospital from August 2022 to August 2024.Patients were divided into a control group(n=55)and an observation group(n=55)based on different treatment methods.The control group received conventional treatment,while the observation group received conventional treatment combined with belimumab.The study aimed to evaluate the effects of different treatment methods on the effective rate of treatment,Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Disease Activity Index(SLEDAI),levels of double-stranded DNA(ds-DNA)and prednisone dosage,as well as levels of interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-10(IL-10),and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results After treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The SLEDAI score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quantitative ds-DNA levels and prednisone dosage in the observation group were significantly lower than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-4 and IL-10 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while IL-2 levels were significantly higher(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Belimumab treatment for systemic lupus erythematosus shows good efficacy and helps to maintain the balance of Th1/Th2.Therefore,this treatment method is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
