低频脉冲电刺激联合盆底肌康复训练在产后尿潴留患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨产后尿潴留(PUR)患者采用低频脉冲电刺激联合盆底肌康复训练的应用效果。方法选取2020年5月至2023年4月在南阳油田总医院接受治疗的100例PUR患者,以随机数字表法分为研究组(n=50,低频脉冲电刺激联合盆底肌康复训练)与对照组(n=50,盆底肌康复训练),对两组盆底功能、生活质量进行比较。结果治疗后,两组阴道收缩压、阴道静息压提高,膀胱残余尿量减少,且研究组阴道收缩压、阴道静息压高于对照组,膀胱残余尿量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分提高,且研究组WHOQOL-BREF评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PUR患者采用低频脉冲电刺激联合盆底肌康复训练,能够改善产妇盆底功能,提升生活质量,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the application effects of low-frequency pulsed electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation training in patients with postpartum urinary retention(PUR).Methods A total of 100 patients with PUR treated at Nanyang Oilfield General Hospital from May 2020 to April 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a study group(n=50,receiving low-frequency pulsed electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation training)and a control group(n=50,receiving only pelvic floor rehabilitation training).The pelvic floor function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,both groups showed an increase in vaginal contraction pressure and vaginal resting pressure,along with a decrease in bladder residual urine volume.The study group had higher vaginal contraction and resting pressures,and lower residual urine volume compared to the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Additionally,the World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF(WHOQOL-BREF)scores of both groups increased post-treatment,with the study group scoring higher than the control group,also showing statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of low-frequency pulsed electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation training in patients with PUR can improve pelvic floor function and enhance quality of life,making it worthy of clinical application.
