活血补气类中药注射剂使用情况及合理用药分析

摘　　要：目的分析活血补气类中药注射剂使用情况及合理用药情况。方法查询南阳市第二人民医院病历信息系统,对2020年至2022年各科室活血补气类中药注射剂使用情况及合理用药情况进行统计分析。结果(1)中药注射剂使用率从高到低依次为心血管内科(35.95%),神经内科(22.75%)、呼吸内科(17.15%)、疼痛科(12.80%)、肿瘤科(8.25%)、全科医学科(3.10%);(2)各科室使用活血补气类中药注射剂患者共2000例,多数患者(42.20%)用药天数为3~6 d;(3)2000例患者中,共计不良反应发生率为3.50%(70/2000),不合理用药112例(5.60%)。结论活血补气类中药注射剂在临床治疗中使用率高,适用范围广,应加强用药管理,保障患者用药安全。Objective To analyze the usage and rational medication of Qi-invigorating and blood-activating traditional Chinese medicine injections.Methods The case information system at Nanyang Second People's Hospital was queried to conduct a statistical analysis of the usage and rational medication of Qi-invigorating and blood-activating injections in various departments from 2020 to 2022.Results(1)The usage rate of traditional Chinese medicine injections,from highest to lowest,was as follows:Cardiovascular Department(35.95%),Neurology Department(22.75%),Respiratory Department(17.15%),Pain Management Department(12.80%),Oncology Department(8.25%),and General Medicine Department(3.10%).(2)A total of 2,000 patients in various departments used Qi-invigorating and blood-activating TCM injections,with the majority of patients(42.20%)receiving the medication for 3 to 6 days.(3)Among the 2,000 patients,the overall incidence of adverse reactions was 3.50%(70/2,000),and cases of irrational medication totaled 112(5.60%).Conclusion Qi-invigorating and blood-activating TCM injections have high usage rates and a wide range of applications in clinical treatment.There is a need to enhance medication management to ensure the safety of patient medication.
