大数据背景下省级地方文献知识服务体系构建研究——以江苏省公共图书馆大数据工程为例

摘　　要：大数据战略背景下,江苏省公共图书馆地方文献工作仍存在“资源储备丰富、揭示挖掘有限、知识服务不足”的问题。文章通过梳理研究现状,依托江苏省公共图书馆大数据工程,提出了从知识存储、知识协同、知识挖掘、知识转化四个环节构建省级地方文献知识服务体系,并从标准规范化、共建共享机制、知识图谱挖掘、文旅融合发展、多元化参考咨询五个方面总结了建设策略。由此带来的数据安全和评价反馈机制缺失问题亦值得后续研究深入探讨。In the context of big data,there are still some issues in the local literature work of public libraries in Jiangsu Province:rich resource reserves,limited-mined data and insufficient knowledge services.This paper sorts out the current research and formulates a provincial knowledge service system of local literature,relying on the Big Data Project of Jiangsu Public Library.The knowledge service system can be built through knowledge storage,knowledge collaboration,knowledge mining and knowledge transformation.The construction strategies can be summarized in five aspects:standardization and normalization,co-construction and sharing,knowledge mapping,cultural and tourism integrated development,as well as diversified reference consultation.The data security-related issues and the lack of evaluation mechanisms are worthy of further discussion.
