阅读疗法在青少年孤独症读者阅读障碍中的运用——以上海市疗愈书吧系列活动为例

摘　　要：青少年孤独症患者在阅读中面临词汇理解、情境感知等多重障碍。文章梳理了青少年孤独症患者阅读障碍表现,并以上海市疗愈书吧系列活动为案例,探讨了阅读疗法的理论机制与实践路径。研究发现,通过患者行为画像、个性化阅读材料推荐、体验式阅读环境创设及交互式阅读方法嵌入等方式,可以有效改善孤独症患者的语义理解、情境感知和注意力分配问题,进而促进其情感共鸣与阅读能力提升。本研究可为我国图书馆引入阅读疗法提供一定的实践启示和案例参考。Teenage autistic patients face multiple obstacles in reading,such as vocabulary comprehension and situational perception.This article reviews the symptoms of reading disorders in individuals with autism,and uses the Shanghai Healing Book Bar series of activities as a case study to explore the theoretical mechanism and practical path of reading therapy.The research has found that through patient behavior profiling,personalized reading material recommendations,experiential reading environment creation,and interactive reading method embedding,activities effectively improve the semantic understanding,situational perception,and attention allocation problems of autism patients,and promote their emotional resonance and reading ability improvement.The research provides practical inspiration and case references for introducing reading therapy into Chinese libraries.
