摘　　要：文章旨在对公共图书馆提供的知识产权信息服务进行评价,并分析了相应的服务质量提升对策。首先,构建了服务内容、服务资源和服务效果三个评价维度以及15个特征指标;其次,通过层次分析法确定评价维度和指标权重;最后,对江苏省、浙江省和广东省的12家公共图书馆进行了评价,并根据综合分数差异和维度分数标准差建立分析矩阵,提出了差异化服务提升策略。以上举措有助于公共图书馆明晰自身的服务优势和提升方向。This article aims to evaluate the intellectual property information services provided by public libraries and analyze strategies for improving service quality.First,three evaluation dimensions were constructed:service content,service resources,and service outcomes,along with 15 characteristic indicators.Second,the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)was employed to determine the weights of the evaluation dimensions and indicators.Finally,12 public libraries in Jiangsu,Zhejiang,and Guangdong provinces were evaluated.Based on differences in comprehensive scores and the standard deviation of dimension scores,an analysis matrix was established,and differentiated strategies for service improvement were proposed.This approach helps public libraries identify their service strengths and areas for enhancement.
