摘  要:冠脉血管的树型结构特征可以辅助医生更迅速精准地对冠脉疾病的状态进行评估和诊断。冠脉树图谱作为形态模板可用于对比个体冠脉树的形态差异,进一步辅助医生评估个体冠脉树的健康状态。针对图谱构建过程中存在不同个体形态差异大且同一个体血管分支形态相似等问题,提出了基于层级配准的冠脉树图谱构建框架。该框架采用了由粗略到精细的层级配准策略:给定冠脉树模板,利用刚性配准将个体冠脉树样本对齐到冠脉树模板上,减少空间距离对血管分支相似性度量的影响;然后对具有相似性的血管分支进行基于分区的非刚性配准,实现缺失血管分支的定位与修复,构建出具有丰富形态的冠脉树图谱。此外,提出了匹配分支占比、匹配分支的相似程度以及配准成功率三个形态分析指标用于比较个体冠脉与图谱的形态差异,实现个体冠脉树的形态分析和病变冠脉的筛选。实验表明,形态分析指标诊断筛查能力的准确度、精确度、灵敏度、特异度以及F1-Score均为90%。The tree-like structure characteristics of coronary arteries can assist doctors in assessing and diagnosing the state of coronary diseases more rapidly and accurately.The coronary tree atlas,as a morphology template,highlights individual morphological differences,aiding doctors in evaluating coronary health.To address the issues of significant morphological differences between individuals,and similar vascular branch morphologies within the same individual during the atlas construction,a framework for constructing coronary artery tree atlas based on hierarchical registration is proposed.The atlas construction framework employs a hierarchical registration strategy,progressing from coarse to fine.Given a coronary tree template,individual coronary artery tree is first aligned to the template using rigid registration,reducing the influence of spatial distance on the similarity measurement of vascular branches.Then,partition-based non-rigid registration method is applied to vascular branches with similarity to achieve localization and repair of missing vascular branches,constructing a coronary artery tree atlas with rich morphology.Moreover,three morphological analysis indicators:matching branch proportion,matching branch similarity,and registration success rate are proposed to compare the morphological differences between individual coronary arteries and the atlas for the morphological analysis of individual coronary trees and the screening of diseased coronary arteries.Experimental results show that the morphological analysis indicators achieve 90%accuracy,precision,sensitivity,specificity,and F1-score in diagnostic screening.
