摘 要:在确保任务安全的前提下,针对星箭分离轨道高度提升的问题,文章提出了星箭大系统优化原则和约束条件;开展了基于低轨道运载的卫星变轨策略优化、星箭联合体力学特性优化、星箭近远场分离特性优化、飞行弹道优化及星箭减轻质量。经亚太6E卫星应用,结果表明:优化后的星箭分离轨道远地点高度较优化前提高了约100km;卫星与低轨空间物体的碰撞概率降低至优化前的5%;星箭联合体实现了数百千克级的质量减轻,且卫星在发射段与分离过程均留有适当的安全余量。On the premise of ensuring the mission safety,the optimization principles and constraints of the mission is put forward to promote the orbit of satellite-rocket separation as much as possible in this paper.The optimization has been carried out in the following aspects:the satellite orbit transfer strategy based on low capacity rockets,the satellite-rocket coupled mechanical properties,the characteristics of the near and far field of satellite-rocket separations,the rocket flight trajectory and the weight-reduce.The above researches have been verified in APSTAR-6E project,which shows that,compared to the former project,the apogee altitude of separation orbit is 100 km higher,the collision probability is reduced to 5%,the weight-reduce is up to several hundred kilogram and the safety margins of satellite during the launching and separating stages are appropriate.
