摘 要:亚太6E卫星是基于全电推进卫星平台东方红三号增强(DFH-3E)平台设计的地球同步轨道大容量通信卫星,也是该平台的首颗星。该全电推进平台具有轻量化,经济技术一体化等技术特点要求,文章结合平台卫星要求,对供配电分系统功能、性能和工作模式进行概述,重点在分系统核心设计方面的内外接口简化设计、独立推进舱供配电及火工品管理设计、长转移轨道能量平衡设计和故障诊断与自主恢复等方面予以论述。亚太6E卫星在轨飞行试验结果表明:供配电分系统功能正常,设计合理有效,可以为全电推进卫星供配电分系统设计提供参考。The APSTAR-6E satellite is a high capacity communication satellite designed for GEO based on the fully-electric propulsion satellite platform of DFH-3E platform,and is also the first satellite of the platform.This fully electric propulsion platform has technical characteristics of lightweight,economic and technological integration.Based on the requirements of the platform,an overview of the function,performance,and working modes of the electrical power supply subsystem is provided in this paper.The core design is focused on the simplified design of the internal and external interfaces of the subsystem,the separation propulsion section power supply and distribution,pyrotechnic management design,the long transfer orbit energy balance design,and fault diagnosis and autonomous recovery.The results of the in orbit flight test of the APSTAR-6E satellite show that the electrical power supply subsystem functions is normally,the design of the subsystem is reasonable and effective,it can provide reference for the design of electrical power supply and distribution subsystem of the fully-electric propulsion satellites.
