摘  要:针对高轨中大型平台、深空探测轨道转移和姿态控制任务对推进系统高比冲、长寿命、推力自主可调的需求,研制了LIPS-300离子推力器。文章介绍了该推力器的比冲、推力、寿命和工作模式的技术指标,概述了推力器设计方案,重点介绍了长寿命设计、电源处理单元设计及抗闪烁设计与验证、关键部组件和单机验证情况等。阐述了东方红三号增强(DFH-3E)平台亚太6E卫星应用的离子推力器在轨不同工况下的参数稳定性和技术指标的实现情况,目前,推力器完成了卫星轨道转移任务,开始执行卫星寿命周期内的位置保持任务。In response to the requirements of high specific impulse,long lifetime and autonomous thrust adjustment for the propulsion systems of medium and large platforms in high orbit and the missions of the transfer and attitude control in deep-space exploration,the LIPS-300 ion thruster has been developed.Firstly the performance of the specific impulse,thrust,lifetime,and operating modes are introduced in this paper.Then,the long lifetime design of thruster itself and the anti-recycle design of power processing unit are described and the verifications of the components and thruster are also illustrated.Finally,the on-orbit applications of ion thruster are presented,where the parameters stability and performance variations of thruster applied on DFH-3E enhanced platform and worked under different conditions are analyzed.The results validate that the satellite’s orbit transfer is successfully performed,and the satellite begins executing station-keeping maneuvers during its operational lifecycle.
