摘 要:从生理生化特征、生长特性、抑菌性能、丁酸产量、人工胃肠液耐受性等方面对7株丁酸梭菌进行比较研究。结果表明,7株丁酸梭菌均具有产丁酸能力,37℃培养24 h,产量最高为菌株CB-5,4191.4 mg/L,最低为CB-3,2315.85 mg/L;在抑菌性测试中均表现出拮抗性,其中对Staphylococcus aureus,菌株CB-a具有显著拮抗性,而CB-4拮抗性较弱;人工胃液处理2 h,菌株CB-a耐受性最强,存活率达75.00%,CB-5表现最弱,仅6.30%;人工肠液处理1.5 h,菌株CB-5耐受最强,存活率为49.34%,而CB-4存活率为2.61%.不同丁酸梭菌,其生物学特征有较大差异,综合比较菌株CB-a最佳,为优异丁酸梭菌的选育提供了技术参考。This study conducts a comparative analysis on the physiological and biochemical characteristics,growth properties,antimicrobial activity,butyric acid yield,and tolerance to artificial gastric and intestinal fluids of seven strains of Clostridium Butyricum.The results indicate that all of the seven C.Butyricum possess the capability to produce butyric acid.Cultivated at 37℃ for 24 h,the highest yield is observed in strain CB-5,reaching 4191.4 mg/L,while strain CB-3 exhibits the lowest yield of 2315.85 mg/L.In antimicrobial testing,all strains demonstrate antagonistic properties,with strain CB-a showing significant antagonism against Staphylococcus aureus,whereas strain CB-4 displays relatively weak antagonistic activity.After 2 h of exposure to artificial gastric fluid,strain CB-a exhibited the highest tolerance with a survival rate of 75.00%,while strain CB-5 demonstrats the lowest tolerance with a survival rate of only 6.30%.When treated with artificial intestinal fluid for 1.5 hours,strain CB-5 shows the greatest tolerance with a survival rate of 49.34%,while strain CB-4 has a survival rate of just 2.61%.The biological characteristics of different strains of C.Butyricum exhibits significant variation,with strain CB-a being identified as the most favorable strain.This study provides a technical reference for the selective breeding of superior C.Butyricum strains.
