摘  要:以铁皮石斛为试验对象,对其叶绿素含量及各项叶绿素荧光参数进行检测分析,旨在研究其光合生理特征,为铁皮石斛的高效栽培提供理论依据和参考。试验结果显示,12月份自然生长条件下的铁皮石斛叶绿素a含量为34.80±0.58μg·cm^(-2),叶绿素b含量为11.45±0.31μg·cm^(-2).铁皮石斛的光系统II(PSII)最大光化学效率F v/F m为0.78±0.01.光强(PAR)从0增至1500μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)过程中,其光系统II实际光化学效率Y(II)和光化学淬灭系数(q P)持续下降,说明随光强增大,铁皮石斛光合能力下降。通过测定铁皮石斛快速光响应曲线得知:PAR从0增至420μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)过程中,铁皮石斛PSII相对电子传递速率逐渐增大;PAR从420μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)到1150μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)时,铁皮石斛PSII相对电子传递速率趋于稳定。由此可见,铁皮石斛对光照强度较为敏感,在设施栽培中应合理控制光照强度。This paper investigated the chlorophyll content and various chlorophyll fluorescence parameters in Dendrobium officinale in order to gain insights into its photosynthetic physiological characteristics and provide theoretical basis and reference for its efficient cultivation.The results showed that its chlorophyll“a”content under natural growth conditions in December was 34.80±0.58μg·cm-2,and the chlorophyll“b”content was 11.45±0.31μg·cm-2.Its maximum photosystem II(PSII)quantum efficiency(F v/F m)was 0.78±0.01.With the increase of the light intensity(PAR)from 0 to 1500μmol·m-2·s-1,its actual PSII quantum efficiency(Y(II))and the photochemical quenching coefficient(q P)continued to decrease,indicating a decrease in the photosynthetic capacity of Dendrobium officinale with increasing light intensity.According to the rapid light response curve assay,with the increase of PAR from 0 to 420μmol·m-2·s-1,its relative PSII electron transfer rate gradually increased;when PAR increased from 420μmol·m-2·s-1 to 1150μmol·m-2·s-1,its relative PSII electron transfer rate tended to be stable.The results suggested that Dendrobium officinale was sensitive to light intensity,and the light intensity should be reasonably controlled in facility cultivation.
