摘  要:由于离心泵蜗壳模型结构较为复杂,在进行三维建模的过程中会进行大量复杂的几何操作,导致在CAD模型表面会出现碎面,使后续CFD计算的网格划分环节难以进行.为了解决此问题,首先对蜗壳水力图和三维模型进行分析,结合蜗壳模型中的碎面特点,给出了碎面定义;然后通过构建蜗壳CAD模型的属性邻接图,并利用拓扑信息和几何信息的映射关系实现了碎面识别;最后基于几何面的优化方法,针对蜗壳模型中存在碎面较多的曲面类型,根据其几何参数进行相应的基面构造,并使用基面对存在碎面的曲面进行拟合,完成了碎面修复.基于Open CASCADE平台实现了蜗壳优化算法,结合不同类型蜗壳应用实例证明了方法的正确性和有效性.研究成果能够为离心泵CAD/CFD一体化设计提供良好的技术支撑.During the process of volute 3D modeling,a large number of complex geometric operations are carried out because of the complex structure of the centrifugal pump volute,which leads to the presence of fragment surfaces on the CAD model surface,making it difficult to perform grid generation in the subsequent CFD calculations process.To address this issue,the volute hydraulic diagram and the three-dimensional model of the volute were analyzed.Considering the features of fragment surface in volute model,a definition for fragment surface was proposed.Subsequently,the recognition of fragment surface was achieved by constructing an attribute adjacency graph of the volute CAD model and mapping the topological and geometric information.Finally,an optimization method based on geometric surfaces was employed to address the prevalent types of curved surfaces in the volute model.The geometric parameters,appropriate base surfaces were constructed,and these base surfaces were utilized to fit the surfaces containing fragment surface,thereby accomplishing the repair of the fragment faces.The volute optimization algorithm was implemented based on the Open CASCADE platform,and the correctness and effectiveness of the method were demonstrated through practical examples of different volutes.The research findings can provide good technical support for the integrated design of centrifugal pump using CAD/CFD software.
